Our Projects

The project included integrated electromechnical works from the works of Infra Mechanics and Electricity and the work of fire machinery and chillerat rooms as follows: -
Drainage and rain drainage works: The works included drilling and substitution of pipeline tracks that varied from 160 mm to 250 mm of UPVC at 10 bar pressure, in addition to the implementation of drainage and rain matching of all categories, which reached 113 drainage and rain applications.
Irrigation works, which included pipes from UPVC with diameters from 50 mm to 315 mm with pressures of 16 bar and included confinement rooms, air rooms and laundry rooms.
أFeeding workers, which included pipes of high-density polyethylene HDPE at a pressure of 16 bar with trains from 50 mm to 315 mm. The works included confinement rooms, air rooms and laundry rooms.
Fire works involving high-density polyethylene pipes with pressure of 16 bar with diameters ranging from 110 mm to 250 mm in addition to the installation of 74 fire soldiers and 12 fire cables.
HVAC air conditioning works, which included the installation of different air conditioning units starting with shillers and capacity handling units for different shillers knowing that shillers of MINI chillers - CARRIERS type as well as the work of the DUCT WORK sag and the implementation of the entire shillers network starting with sockets, grids and accessories.
Power works and to include light current and low and medium current cables which included the withdrawal of light and low current cables within the pipes of UPVC with a pressure of 6 bar with 157 kilometers on layers according to the design as well as the implementation of 147 matches and MANHOLE&HANDHOLE rooms as well as the withdrawal of the medium current cables within UC pipes.
Installation of the project's machine rooms complete with panel and control work for 3 rooms
Installation of project-specific shillers and panel and control works under the supervision of Carrier for a number of 4 rooms.
